PROMORGANIKA LLC presents an innovative energy-efficient complex which is intended to process raw bird manuring into organic fertilizer by heating under the flue gases influence in a rarefied environment. Ready product out of the processing is classified as «By-product of poultry farming» (GOST 31461-2012).

The drying chamber is placed in a firebox with a labyrinth chimney, which ensures heating of the chamber from the outside and the raw materials inside;
The raw material is affected by the treated area, this allows to eliminate all parasites and their derivatives, and by temperature to destroy the germ seeds, thereby disinfecting the raw material. The labile gas fractions formed during heating of the raw materials are utilized in the combustion zone of the torch;

Ready material is unloaded in to a special bin and carried further by unloading screws to the granulation and packaging lines.
